If you are talking about appearance, then yes, some antibiotics can change the color of your child’s permanent teeth as they are growing in.  Common antibiotics such as Penicillin, Amoxicillin, Augmentin and Clindamycin are safe for a child’s new incoming teeth however tetracycline antibiotics might effect incoming teeth and give it a permanent brown or grayish stain.
